There are a variety of ways to support the work of this ministry through volunteer service. Big Life has a dynamic team of stateside volunteers using their Spiritual Gifts to directly advance the work overseas. Listed under each category are sample opportunities for you to explore. The possibilities are as varied as the people of God.

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men. -- 1 Cor 12:4-6

-- Office functions, records, update compilation, newsletter editing and content, mass mailing
-- Event planning, event coordination, venue layout, decorating, catering, fundraising, material coordination, speech writing, volunteer management
-- Website management, data management, technical support, web research, AV production team
-- Photography, videography, film editing, photo imaging, AV creative team
-- Accounting, legal, medical, travel, journalism, artistry
-- Leadership training, women’s ministry, biblical teaching, consulting, promotional speaking

We also have opportunities to use these gifts directly in partnership with our field workers through short term mission projects. Eligibility and compatibility of volunteers who wish to participate in short term opportunities are determined through a screening process. Trip participants are responsible for travel costs and must be available for pre-trip training.
